Pickle House Spice Mix

This spice mix can be made in advance so it’s on hand for those mornings when you really need a Bloody Mary pick-me-up.

Makes 60 ml (2 fl oz)

80 ml (2¾ fl oz) Pickle Juice

2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoon grated (or creamed) horseradish

1 teaspoon celery salt

2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

a few dashes of Tabasco

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to a sterilised glass bottle using a funnel.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. If you don’t add the horseradish, this spice mix will keep for up to 1 year.
